Isle of Tone's Haze 67 Fuzz is a reimagined early Tonebender/Fuzz Face circuit with some alterations to the circuit, and namely a 3-way resistor switch that gives the player 3 different options of gain stages. This pedal features a matched pair the same old-stock Germanium transistors as one would find in one of the original pedals that inspired this modern take, hand-soldered within a handmade old school fiberboard to offer a tasteful and versatile retro fuzz. The circuits inside are proudly on display behind a transparent acrylic back.

Do not be fooled by the roadworn appearance of this fuzzy behemoth; this pedal was hand-soldered and screen printed in Salzburg, Austria just a few years ago in 2020. The company boasts that components of the pedals themselves are upcycled from their inventory of pedalmaking offal, such as the cloth-covered wire and even the battery snaps. Isle of Fuzz also offers a slightly modified small version which are produced on a larger scale and don't feature some of the NOS and hand-matched germanium components of the flagship big box Haze 67 Fuzz.
 
Length is 10 1/4 in. (26 cm.), 5 in. (12.7 cm.) across at the widest point, and 2 in. (5.1 cm.) in depth at deepest point.

This Haze Fuzz is decorated with a bit of light wear mixed in with some factory relic work, but the tone is certainly. The inside is completely undisturbed, with date and serial in tact as well; this can be clearly seen through the clear acrylic backing. The wear in the (rarer) purple and gold paint is worn through here and there consistent with signs of play. Two of the three knobs are missing the small metal embellishment at the center, but again this is purely cosmetic and all elements function as usual. Generally Very Good + Condition.
