How Do I Make a Return?

Step One:

Shipping charges on returned merchandise are the customers expense. Send the Returned item back to the store and we will promptly process your return. 
As soon as your returned is received, we will process it promptly and your account will be refunded. This usually takes 3-5 days after item is in our possession.

You may exchange an item for another size or even a completely different item.

Step Three:
Send the Exchanged item back to the store and we will promptly process your exchange. We will ship the exchange for FREE!

It is soft and good for dogs to chew on so there is no risk of damaging teeth. It is easy to clean. Lastly what you see in picture is what your going to get it looks fantastic. All and all of you want a humorous to that isn't just a novelty I would highly suggest this.
